Though they’ve supported GooglePlay in the past, currently it seems this app is only available for iOS users.

The premium version has the ability to see gas prices around you as well as directions to the cheapest pumps. With premium, you can add up to eight cars, so no matter what you drive, you’re able to see how many miles per gallon you’re getting and how much that’s costing you.
Unfortunately for those with Android phones, this app is only available for iOS.
GetUpside Gas & Food

Unfortunately, this app is available nationally, but if you’re in New York, Delaware, DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida, this app can help you save on gas and food.
SO how does GetUpside work? This app allows you to search for gas by price and location, so you can find the cheapest rates. Then, when you shop with the app, you’ll earn cashback at partner gas stations, which include many of the big brands. With the app, you can save up to 25 cents per gallon.
